This has been 20+ years in the making, and I’ve finally launched a bespoke coaching program specific to the NY Tri-State area. What makes our crazy industry so interesting is that there is no singular approach to success. Thus, it’s critical that each person’s goals, skill set, resources and motivations come into play before implementing and/or adjusting a plan of action. Each one of the programs I’ve developed follow these three principles:

1-on-1 Coaching
A highly personalized monthly program with accountability at it’s core. Limited to 10 total agents within the NY Tri-State Market.
- Two, 1-1 meetings each month.
- Two, Group Sessions each month: Eric will interview an expert guest, allowing time for Q&A.
- Monthly availability – 5 minute calls to address urgent matters.
- Initial 90 minute session to review intake form and set coaching goals and priorities.
*This is a very limited program and coaching will not be offered to directly competing agents. Capped at 10, tri-state area agents.
1-on-1, Full Day Intensive
Highly personalized. Complete business overview. Emerge with a personalized action plan.
- Initial 45 minute consultation to structure and prioritize the agenda.
- Two, 3.5 hour sessions (A.M./P.M.) The day will begin with a macro approach to your business and will end with the creation of a highly personalized action plan.
- Two, 30 minute follow-up sessions to ensure clarity and to answer any questions.
- You will receive free access to future EBL group events for a 12-month period, up to $500/event.
*Availability limited to 2-3 days/month. In-person only.
Small Group, Full Day Intensive
Experience the perfect blend of personalization and a collaborative environment with a small group of like-minded individuals.
- Initial 15 minute consultation to review your goals for the session.
- Two, 3.5 hour sessions (A.M./P.M.) The day will begin with a macro approach to the business and will end with each person having created an action plan matching their desired goals.
- One, 60 minute follow up group session to answer any questions.
- You will receive a 50% discount to future EBL group events for a 12-month period, up to $500/event.
